As a Licensed Trainer you are free to determine your own prices. If you need suggestions for pricing you can check the training schedule and find out what other training partners are charging. Prices range (roughly) from EUR 750 to EUR 1500, depending on country, facilities, food, etc.
If you need a suggestion for an agreement between the trainer and a training partner (course organizer) you can have a look at the Sales page, which contains a few templates for statements of work that you can use as guidelines.
