Agile Leadership is an often overlooked part of Agile. There is a lot of information available for Agile developers, testers, and Scrum Masters and Product Owners, but very little for corporate executives, nontechnical managers and team leaders who play a key role in the successful transformation of an organization. Management 3.0 will not only provide the necessary basics for Agile organizations but also serve as a response to the general management’s challenges in the increasingly complex business world of the 21st century.
Who It’s For?
All executives, functional managers, management consultants, team leads, project managers, agile coaches and scrum masters who want to add more effective management practices to their leadership repertoire. No practical experience with Agile is necessary, although minimum familiarity with Agile principles and practices is helpful.
